Can you do a serious injury by standing on your ballbag?
Reason i ask is im a manager of an under 11s footie team and during the warm up i collected the bag which contains the balls for the lads to kick around, Its one of those net type of bags and i got my footie studs caught in it and fell forward, Ive bruised my wrists so may be out of action for a while,
